Researchers at the University of Cambridge managed to run a computer for six months using blue-green algae Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 which produce oxygen through photosynthesis when exposed to sunlight.
The algae colony was sealed in a small container the size of an AA battery, made of aluminum and clear plastic. The computer was placed on a windowsill in one of the researchers’ houses and kept there for six months, from February to August. A blue-green algae battery provided continuous power to power the microprocessor.
The computer worked in cycles of 45 minutes. It was used to calculate sums of consecutive integers to simulate a compute load that required 0.3 microwatts of power and 15 minutes of idle time that required 0.24 microwatts.

The data that you wrote but did not confirm is also remembered. That is, hypothetically, if you entered one of your email addresses when choosing a mail for registration, then changed your mind and registered for another, the site will still remember both addresses and associate them with you

The Tesla Model T was assembled in Germany. All the work was done quite quickly — in just a month, while most of the time was spent on the construction of a suspension for caterpillar tracks weighing 1.3 tons each. In addition to a considerable number of wheels, a total of 24 suspension struts are used in the suspension.
As a result, the ground clearance of such a comfortable 6-ton electric tank was 80 cm — you can not be afraid of even the toughest off-road. Bloggers have presented only a video of the remake so far, but a video with a real off-road ride should soon appear on the channel. The authors of the alteration have already invited Elon Musk to join the Model T off-road test.

In Russia, the rules for car certification have been simplified (the Government of Russia published Decree No. 855 of May 12, 2022).
In particular, the decree allows the production of cars without the ABS system, which prevents the wheels from locking when braking. Manufacturers will also be able not to install ESP — a dynamic stabilization system in cars. The requirement for the ERA-GLONASS emergency warning system has also been simplified: its presence is mandatory, but without the function of automatic operation in case of an accident.
We simplified the requirements for crash tests, making only a frontal impact into a concrete block without overlap mandatory. This will allow automakers to abandon airbags, belt pretensioners and other systems necessary to pass modern crash tests, writes Autoreview.
For most categories of vehicles, the government has legalized the Euro-0 emission class, which allows the production of cars with emissions that meet 1988 standards.
