How many Russians are satisfied with wages

According to a study by Rosstat, 44% of Russians said they were completely satisfied with their earnings, another 47.1% of those surveyed were not completely satisfied, and 8.8% were not at all satisfied. At the same time, men as a whole speak more than women about being satisfied with their wages – 46.4% versus 41.3%.

The majority of Russians (82.8%) are satisfied with their work schedule, another 15.4% of Russians are not completely satisfied, and the rest are not at all satisfied with the schedule. 77.1% are satisfied with their duties at work, 20.9% are not completely satisfied, and 1.9% are not satisfied at all.

Three-quarters of Russians (75.9%) are completely satisfied with their working conditions, 22% – not quite, and another 2.1% of respondents speak negatively about them. About 72.3% of Russians are satisfied with the distance from their home to work, the rest expressed varying degrees of dissatisfaction with it.

74% of respondents spoke of complete moral satisfaction from work, another 22.1% of respondents said that they were not completely satisfied, the remaining 2.4% of Russians did not receive moral satisfaction at all. Complete professional satisfaction is received by 67.9% of citizens, the rest of the respondents complained that they either not at all or do not receive professional satisfaction at all.
