How prices of individual goods have changed

2021 turned out to be the year of energy commodities: among all commodities (commodities traded on stock exchanges), coal (+160% yoy), oil (+55%) and gas (+47%) were the leaders in price growth

Following are industrial metals, products and precious metals, the prices of which have even decreased in 2021! And these were the only goods for which prices fell.

Products — although far from being the leaders in price growth — showed impressive growth rates. Wheat added more than 20% in a year (a record for the last 10 years), and corn — more than 22% (the second highest value in the last 10 years, and a record 25% was recorded in 2020)
