In Russia, the growth of non-targeted loans

According to the United Credit Bureau (OKB), which has information on approximately 97% of Russian borrowers, the issuance of non-targeted loans (“cash” loans) in July was a record for the second month in a row.

In July, as in the previous month, the Russians took out 1.7 million cash loans. This is 34% more than in July 2020.

In January – July 2021, banks provided 10.7 million loans, which is 42% more than in the same period last year, when the number of loans dropped significantly amid the first wave of the pandemic.

Among the 30 regions in which Russians took out the most cash loans in July, the largest reduction in loans compared to June occurred in Tatarstan (-6%), Kemerovo (-4%) and Tyumen regions (-4%). The largest growth in loans is in Udmurtia (3%), Sverdlovsk (3%) and Nizhny Novgorod (4%) regions.

Aleksandrovich Artur, General Director of the Design Bureau:

“Disbursements of loans in cash turned out to be record-breaking in quantitative terms, despite the growth of the key rate, which led to an increase in the cost of loans for borrowers, as well as the attempts of the Central Bank to cool this segment. In July, the regulator increased the premiums to the risk ratios, which made the issuance of consumer loans less profitable for banks. ”

The governor of the Sverdlovsk region condemned Serov’s authorities for the road washed for his visit. Evgeny Kuyvashev addressed the head of the city administration with the question of the expediency of such honors.

“This road was irrigated at the request of local residents. For the purpose of dust suppression. Asphalting is not planned – it is listed as crushed stone in the register of municipal roads ”.

Tesla electric cars have learned to automatically pass unregulated intersections, taking into account the accompanying road signs and traffic signals. The electric car takes into account the priority when leaving the secondary road to the main one, gives way to cars moving in the opposite direction when turning left. The automatic is still more discreet than the real driver, but it accelerates decisively in the process of completing a turn, mimicking the actions of most drivers. Tesla will have to release 1 or 2 more software updates before the newest version of FSD becomes available to a wide range of Tesla electric vehicle owners, Musk said.
