Russian drivers prepared a new fine

Deputies of the State Duma of Russia supported in the first reading a bill on fines for drivers throwing garbage out of the car. It is planned to calculate violators, including with the help of cameras. The complexes are planned to be installed «in places where such violations are most likely to occur.»

«Severe punishment in the future awaits drivers who allow themselves to throw garbage out of the car,» the authorities said.

Such unscrupulous motorists will face a fine of 10 to 15 thousand rubles. For individual entrepreneurs (IP), the punishment will be even stricter: from 20 to 30 thousand rubles. They want to fine legal entities in the amount of 30,000 to 50,000 rubles.
