Russians consider themselves overqualified

Most of the overskilled are among young people (57.9% in the 20-29 group versus 43.8% in the 60+ group) and among people with higher education (61.8%). Least of all, respectively, among the elderly and people with the lowest level of education. In the group with basic general (and lower) education, 28.7% of respondents believe that they are over-qualified
