The best and worst cities in the world

Experts named the ten most and least suitable cities for comfortable living this year in the world. The rating compiled by the Economist Intelligence Unit, an analytical division of the British media group Economist, was published by CNBC.

The researchers ranked 172 cities in five categories: stability, health care, culture and environment, education and infrastructure. From the findings, it follows that the Austrian capital Vienna turned out to be the best place to live in the world. Copenhagen is in second place, and Swiss Zurich closes the top three. In terms of the number of entries in the top 10, Canada is in the lead: three Canadian cities at once entered the top ten best cities in the world: Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto

On the opposite side, the rating opens the Syrian capital Damascus. It is followed by the capital of Nigeria, Lagos, and Libyan Tripoli closes the top three.
