Based on the obtained values, it is possible to select the parameters of external stimulation necessary for a particular patient and restore the nerve impulse speed in the damaged parts of the tissue, ”said Vitaly Volpert, one of the authors of the study, head of the laboratory of mathematical modeling in biomedicine RUDN.
